Do you have any questions? We’re here to answer them.
- 1000 pi² (100 m²) of stabilized surface
- A nearby water connection to fill the 1m³ tank.
- A three-phase electrical connection of 35A at 460 V (63A-460V for a 1m3 mixer)
- Wired, wireless (Wi-Fi), or cellular Internet access.
- A loader equipped with a bucket to refill the hoppers.
- One operator for the station maintenance and cleaning, for a maximum of one hour (1 h) per day.
If the setup requires construction work, a work declaration or a building permit may be necessary.
SELFBETON is not a concrete plant but an automated dispenser.
SELFBETON do not produce any waste (cleaning is done without water), generates no noise (<65 dB), and emits no dust.
SELFBETON is more eco-friendly than a simple cement mixer, whose washing water is poured directly onto the ground without any treatment.
After each day of production, cleaning the equipment requires only one person for a maximum of 1 hour:
- Remove any residue present on the mixer blades using a hammer.
- Launch of the automatic cleaning program (waterless)
- Recovery of the gravel used for cleaning. It will be reinjected into the production the following morning.
- Spraying of protective oil on the mixer
SELFBETON does not generate waste because production is carried out on demand based on the customer’s order, with a minimum volume of 150 L and a maximum of 500 L per mix (batch). This eliminates job site surpluses or returns.
The cleaning residues at the end of the day (dry cleaning with gravel) are reinjected into the next production batch.
A SELFBETON requires little maintenance.
- spray once a day with blender oil.
- run a cleaning cycle at the end of the day
- check the interior of the mixer once a week and level the blades if necessary
- check belt tension once a month
- replace mixer wear plates after approx. 5000 m³ of production
The SELFBETON unit can be connected for complete remote monitoring.
SELFBETON allows you to control your equipment remotely and to be immediately notified in case of an alarm or anomaly.
The SELFBETON station is verified and accredited by DEKRA and CSA.
It is delivered complete with its protection mesh panels.
In addition, it is equipped with several inductive proximity sensors which ensure protection against any access to the production components.
The SELFBETON concept is not a franchise. Each owner of a SELFBETON automated dispenser benefits from marketing support for their launch and has the advantage of joining a network of mutual support among owners.
