An industrial process exclusively dedicated...

Our new production facility, built in 2022, is located at our partner MASSFELLER in HERSCHBACH, Germany. It was entirely designed to produce the SELFBETON machine.

Our site is entirely dedicated to the production of our equipement, allowing us to manufacture up to 4 units per week.

A Fast, efficient installation with No Unpleasant Surprises

Installation in just 2 days...

Provided the work required to accommodate the installation has been carried out (concrete slab, access to electricity, water and Internet or Sim card).

The steps of a typical installation carried out by our teams:

  • The Day Before: Arrival of the two trucks on site
  • Day 1 – AM: Unloading and positioning of each component.
  • Day 1 – PM: Connection of all components.
  • Day 2 – AM: Cement loading, configuration, and full system testing.
  • Day 2 – PM: Training and commissioning of the installation.
  • Day 3: Concrete sales can begin immediately.

The control software, based on Siemens, has been configured and is fully mastered by our technicians. We own the source code.

Automatic aggregate dispenser

A perfect complement to SELFBETON, the automatic aggregate dispenser enables you to sell up to 6 x 5 m³ of different aggregates in drive mode.

All from the same terminal as SELFBETON.
